Availability and Booking

  • Is my wedding date available?

    • My books for 2024/25 are open! Get in touch and make sure to include your date so I can let you know if I'm available.

  • How do I book?

    • The booking process is simple...​​

      • 1. Get in touch! Please provide your wedding date, location and package. 

      • 2. I will provide a quote, and book a consultation

      • 3. If you would like to proceed, a deposit invoice will be sent along with a contract. This deposit is 20% of your quoted cost, and will be deducted from your final payment. 

      • 4. Upon receipt of the deposit, your booking will be confirmed. 

      • 5. Your final payment is due at least 30 days before your wedding date. I offer payment plans for packages £1000 or over. 

  • How far in advance should I book your services?

    • I will take bookings as close as the day before, to as far as two years ahead of your wedding date! Of course, the sooner the better so I can fully prepare ​for your special day. 

  • Do you have any backup plans in case of an emergency or if you can't make it on the day?

    • In the unlikely case of an emergency, I will do everything in my power to provide cover for that day.

 

Experience and Style

  • Can you provide examples of your previous wedding videos?

  • What is your videography style?

    • I blend cinematic and documentary styles. This means that on your day, I will film as discreetly as possible, capturing the special little moments that are so easily missed when you're swept up in the day! The cinematic flare comes with the final edit, to create a timeless film that puts you in the starring role. 

  • Do I have to act or pose?

    • You don't have to be the "posey" type at all! I make sure my clients are having fun, and will only direct some action during photos with the photographer. I keep my work as candid and natural as possible! 

 

Packages and Pricing

  • What are your wedding videography packages?

    • I currently offer 3 main packages, with optional add-ons for full customisation! Full information about my wedding videography packages can be found here

  • What is guaranteed in each package?

    • I don't believe in charging an arm and a leg for a 90 second trailer, so below are the base offerings of each package. So even on a budget, you are guaranteed a timeless film. ​

      • Single Shooter with Professional Camera and Audio Equipment

      • Minimum 5 Hours Coverage 

      • Minimum 3-5 Minute Cinematic Highlight Film

      • Digital Delivery within 90 days

  • Are there any additional fees, such as travel expenses or overtime charges?

    • Yes, any travel outside of a 20 mile radius from PE15 will be subject to a fuel charge of 50p per extra mile. If travel time is over 1.5 hours, a standard accommodation fee of £75 will also occur. My shooting hours are clearly stated in each package, if overtime is required, please let me know as soon as possible. There will be overtime fees if requested before, or on the day of the wedding at the rate of £100/hr.

 

Equipment and Team

  • What equipment do you use?

    • A single industry-grade Lumix camera, and a Sony recording system with a lapel microphone. No huge tripod, no fuss. ​​​​

  • Do you work with a team, and how many videographers will be present at our wedding?​​

    • I am a single shooter, so one videographer (myself) will be present. Occasionally I offer work experience opportunities (at no extra cost), so with your permission there may be two of us for a few hours. 

  • Are you familiar with low-light or outdoor settings?

    • Yes! Working all over the UK means that I have worked through the brightest of days, to the wet and darkest of days. My camera is durable, and capable of working within low-light indoors too. So don't worry - your dance moves will be captured!

 

Editing and Delivery

  • How long does it typically take to receive the final wedding video?

    • Your final wedding video will be delivered within 90 days. 

  • Can we choose the music for our video, or do you provide music options?

    • Given copyright laws, I may not be able to fulfil a specific music request, but I will always choose a soundtrack that compliments the atmosphere of your day. 

  • Can we request specific edits or changes to the final video?

    • On the week of delivery, I will send a digital link to your final video. If there are any changes you wish to make please let me know within 48 hours. In the rare instance that you request further revisions, this comes at an extra charge dependant on the workload. 

 

 

Contracts and Deposits

  • Do you require a signed contract?

    • Yes, T&C's along with a contract will be sent with the invoice for your deposit. Payment of the deposit will be confirmation of your intent to sign the contract. ​

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • All cancellations must be in writing via email. If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel the booking the following will apply:

      • Deposit is non-refundable.

      • If less than 30 days from booking date, no refund for package will be issued.

      • If more than 30 days from booking date, full refund for remaining cost will be issued if paid.

    • On the extremely rare circumstance that I need to cancel and cannot find cover, there will be a full refund of all monies paid including deposit.​

 

Permissions and Copyright

  • Do you require any special permissions or releases for filming at our venue?

    • I do not require any releases or permits for my records, however I do ask that you inform your venue(s) that there will be a videographer present. 

    • I have public liability insurance, I can provide the certificate to give to your venue. 

  • Who owns the rights to the wedding video?

  • Can we share the video on social media or YouTube?

    • Of course! I upload my full videos to YouTube, so if you would like a version that is adjusted for your own channel, please specify this during our consultation. ​
